SPARRING
Test out what you have learned in a more realistic situation in live sparring. Many believe that sparring is only important for people looking to compete but that is not true. Sparring is a great opportunity to take your training to the next level by working on your strength and cardio in a controlled environment.
Our live sparring classes focuses on both aspects of the sport, stand up fighting using techniques from Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai plus ground fighting that include techniques from Wrestling and Jiujitsu.
This style of training allows students to see which techniques work for them, and which ones need work as well to help them develop an effective fighting style.
Sparring is held after the 7:30 pm class every Tuesday and Thursday.
