MMA Skills Training
The classes are designed with you in mind. Our MMA program focuses on the strengthening of the mind, body, and the warrior spirit of every student through the philosophy of Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do (JKD). Every class incorporates techniques from boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, submission wrestling, Brazilian and Japanese Jui-Jitsu, and Judo. The curriculums are built with applicable techniques that will prepare you for competition or street self-defense. MMA classes are taught in sessions. The first month of sessions focus on the fundamentals of striking and grappling to make sure our students understand step by step the most effective and efficient ways to use the techniques. Every month after that, we change up the curriculum to add on to what our students have already learned. There are unlimited possibilities in a fight, whether it is in a competition or out in the streets. Our goal is to make sure that our students are prepared for as many of those possibilities.
